Privacy and cookies
Version dated 22 September 2026.
Who controls your data?
The controller is Neptun Home Sp. z o.o., Al. Jana Pawła II 27, 00-867 Warsaw, Poland; tax number 8241803928, REGON 364263803, KRS 0000613917, operator of Przystanek Podhale. For privacy enquiries, contact rezerwacje@przystanekpodhale.pl or call +48667924960.
Enquiries and bookings
We use information you provide by email or phone to answer enquiries and arrange your stay. The basis is taking steps before a contract or performing a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)); other correspondence relies on our legitimate interest in responding (Article 6(1)(f)). Tax and accounting obligations rely on Article 6(1)(c).
The RoomAdmin search starts when you press its button on the booking page. Only then does your browser connect to the external booking system. Information needed for a booking, payment and confirmation is entered there under the notices presented during booking. The hot tub and sauna booking link opens a separate service.
Browser storage
We store your consent choices in your browser's localStorage to respect your preferences. Analytics and advertising do not start before consent for the corresponding category. Browsing or scrolling does not count as consent.
| Category | Purpose and examples | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | pp_privacy_v3: choices, policy version and decision time, stored locally. | Up to 180 days, then we ask again. |
| Optional analytics | Google Analytics, when enabled: visits and clicks; for example _ga and _ga_*. | Usually up to 2 years, depending on service settings. |
| Optional advertising | Google Ads and Meta Pixel, when enabled: ad measurement, contact clicks and remarketing; for example _gcl_*, _fbp and _fbc. | Usually up to 90 days, depending on the tag and settings. |
Google Tag Manager manages configured tags and loads only after consent for at least one optional category. Each tag must respect consent for its purpose. A tool without configured identifiers does not load even if consent is given.
Information sent to providers
After consent, enabled services may process browser identifiers, device information, visited pages, interactions and IP addresses. Our code does not send message contents, a guest's phone number, email address or payment details to advertising tags. A booking click indicates interest and is not recorded as a purchase.
Providers include Google Ireland Limited and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. Depending on the service, data may be transferred outside the EEA using mechanisms provided for under the GDPR. See Google's privacy policy and Meta's privacy policy.
Your choice and withdrawal
You may accept all categories, reject optional ones or save selected choices. Analytics and advertising rely on consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). Use “Cookie settings” in the footer to change or withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
After withdrawal, we stop loading the relevant tags and remove their cookies accessible to our website. You can also delete provider-domain cookies through your browser. Rejecting optional tools does not block enquiries or bookings.
Recipients, retention and your rights
Hosting, email, booking, payment and IT providers may process information needed to operate the website and arrange stays. Technical server logs may include an IP address and request time for security and diagnostics, based on the controller's legitimate interest. Enquiries are retained as needed to handle the matter, contract data until service completion and the expiry of applicable claim periods, and accounting records for the legally required period.
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may complain to the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. Advertising may involve preference profiling; we do not use it to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
